Nick EllingerNicholas Ellinger is Vice President of Marketing Strategy at DonorVoice, working with clients like Catholic Relief Services, Share our Strength | No Kid Hungry, Special Olympics, and U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Foundation to achieve their fundraising goals.

Previously, he worked for Mothers Against Drunk Driving where he led individual fundraising for 10 years, state legislative efforts for four years, and (at various times) fundraising/development, marketing/communications, public policy, strategic planning, and field relations for five states.

Ellinger leads The Nonprofit Alliance’s education committee and is on the DMA Nonprofit Federation Advisory Council. You can read his fundraising thoughts for free at The Agitator blog, but he would still appreciate if you would pay actual money for his book.

He has an MBA in marketing and a BA in political science, both from Vanderbilt University. He is married to Megan, owner of Tiny Orchard Quilts and editor/cover design of The New Nonprofit, and they have two children, Sophie and Drew.
